How do I get a new RFID Pass?

We offer replacement RFID Passes in our vending machine located at teh southeast corner of the carwash builing behind our tire fill station. They are located in slot #44 and can be purchased for just $1.00.

My RFID Pass won't read

Sometimes when you pull up to the payment terminal, the RFID scanner may have already completed it’s scanning pass. In the lower left corner, select the button that reads “Press here to rescan your member tag”. If you are still having difficulty with it reading your tag, you may need a replacement. How do I update my credit card?

In order to update your credit card, please register an account online to access your membership account. From here, you will be able to update your credit card and manage your vehicles.

Do you offer multi-car discounts?

We do offer multi-car discounts for vehicles in the same household that are billed on the same credit card under the same account. Each subsequent vehicle after the 1st vehicle is billed at the regular club rate less a $5 / month discount.

What if I park my car over the winter or switch vehicles?

In order to switch between vehicles, you will need to have an RFID pass installed in each vehicle. Then, simply email your request to our customer service team at info@beamandgleam.com and they will be happy to take care of that request for you.
